Many of the challenges women face in leadership are not only strategic or intellectual — they are also deeply connected to how we respond to pressure, visibility, uncertainty, and stress in real time.

Many leadership patterns are deeply connected to the nervous system, emotional conditioning, and unconscious behavioural responses stored in the body.
