Workshop Terms & Conditions

Thank you for registering for a workshop or learning experience organised by SHELeads. 

These Terms & Conditions apply to in-person and online workshops, training sessions and other learning experiences organised by SHELeads (collectively referred to as “Workshops”), unless otherwise stated at the time of registration.

By registering for a Workshop, you agree to the following terms:

1. Registration & Payment

Your place is confirmed once your registration has been completed and payment has been received in full.

Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Cancellation & Ticket Transfer

Due to the limited number of places available, all registrations are non-refundable. 

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your place to someone else. Please notify us by email at least 24 hours before the Workshop, providing the new participant's name and email address so we can update the registration.

If you do not attend the Workshop without prior notice, your registration fee cannot be refunded or transferred after the Workshop.

If a Workshop is cancelled by the organiser, you will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future Workshop.

If insufficient registrations are received, SHELeads reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the Workshop. In such cases, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future date.

3. Changes to the Workshop

SHELeads reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the venue, schedule, program or content of a Workshop if necessary. Should any significant changes occur, registered participants will be informed as soon as possible.

4. Photography & Video

Photos and short video clips may be taken during in-person Workshops for promotional and educational purposes, including use on the SHELeads website, social media, newsletters and other marketing materials. 

If you would prefer not to appear in any photos or videos, please let us know when you arrive at the Workshop so that we can respect your preference.

5. Participation & Personal Responsibility

Some Workshops include experiential exercises involving movement, posture, body awareness, reflection and interaction with other participants. Participation is voluntary, and you are encouraged to engage only to the extent that feels appropriate for you. 

You remain responsible for your own wellbeing throughout the Workshop. If you have any injuries, medical conditions or concerns that may affect your participation, please inform the facilitator before the Workshop begins.

6. Personal Power for Leaders & the Embodied Leadership Program

Personal Power for Leaders can be attended as a standalone half-day Workshop and also serves as the first module of the full Embodied Leadership Program.

Participation in Personal Power for Leaders does not constitute enrolment in or guarantee acceptance into the full Embodied Leadership Program. Continuation into the full Program is subject to a separate application and acceptance process.

If you are subsequently accepted into and choose to join the full Embodied Leadership Program, 100% of the fee you actually paid for Personal Power for Leaders will be credited towards your investment in the Program, subject to any specific conditions stated at the time of registration.
