A foundational half-day Embodied Leadership experience

A practical, experiential session designed to help you recognise the habitual patterns that influence how you speak, decide and lead—especially when the pressure is on.

You’ll explore what happens in your body under pressure, understand the patterns that may be getting in your way, and begin developing greater clarity, confidence, presence and natural authority.

• Identify where you tend to collapse, disconnect or overcompensate
• Understand what your patterns may be trying to protect
• Learn how to begin shifting those patterns in real time
• Explore what natural authority, presence and confidence feel like in your body
